Moraira: the most expensive village to live in Alicante

Are you planning to move to Moraira? Property prices in the province of Alicante continue to rise, especially in the popular coastal towns. According to the Idealista platform, 2024 ended with an average house price of €2,364 per square metre, an increase of 15% compared to last year. Moraira, located in the Marina Alta, tops the list as the most expensive place to live. Here, the average house price is €4,000 per square metre, with peaks of €4,053 in November. This quiet coastal town with its idyllic beaches and high-quality amenities attracts buyers from all over the world. Other expensive municipalities include Jávea (€3,532/m²), Benissa (€3,510/m²) and Calpe (€3,229/m²). Altea rounds out the top with an average price of €3,142 per square metre. The rising price level emphasises the appeal of the Costa Blanca, where tradition and modern comfort come together.
