And that makes all the difference.    <\/p>\n<h4>The power of a slow start<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">In Spain, no one seems to be in a hurry before nine in the morning. Caf\u00e9s open slowly, the sun climbs lazily above the sea, and people actually take their time for a tostada and a caf\u00e9 con leche. Not out of laziness, but out of habit.
