Police have made two arrests after a 53-year-old man fell from a fourth-floor apartment in Marbella. The incident took place in the Las Albarizas district of Marbella. At first glance it appeared to be a possible suicide. However, the position of the body did not match this theory, national police investigators discovered. After further investigation it turned out to be a violent death. The victim appears to have had an argument with the two alleged perpetrators before his death. The pair allegedly hit the victim on the head during the argument and then threw him from the fourth floor. One of the suspects has been charged and released on bail, with the precaution of appearing in court every 15 days. The other suspect has been remanded in custody.
