Reservoir footpath near Relleu to be extended

In Relleu, near Alicante, the reservoir walkway has been extended by 20 metres and a glass viewing platform has been added. The mirador offers views over the gorge of the Amadorio river.

Innovation is important step

The Valencian regional government calls the renovation an important step in the promotion of inland tourism in the Alicante region. An investment of 50,000 euros is involved. In 2022, the pasarela of the pantano of Relleu was opened. The route will be extended in 2025 with a new bridge. This will make a circular walk possible.
