Torrevieja wants a school for nursery and primary education in Mar Azul

Torrevieja still needs a pre-school and primary school, complete with prefabricated classrooms. The city hopes that this will meet the demand for sufficient places. The building should be ready for the start of the next school year, in September 2025. School number 16 will be located in prefabricated modules on a plot of land in Mar Azul. This is located on the south side of Torrevieja city centre. Construction will take place on the plot that was occupied for 17 years by the prefabricated classrooms of the Amanecer school in Mar Azul. The Generalitat has been asked for an agreement to finance the school with municipal loans.
